Welcome
A two day seminar for
practising landscape architects who are candidates for the Landscape
Institute’s Pathway to Chartership examination on Thursday
23rd and Friday 24th August 2012.
This long running annual seminar is widely acknowledged as being the one of the most detailed and informative guides to professional practice for Landscape Architects. The course material is reviewed and updated annually to reflect the most recent changes in legislation and practice and covers in detail the Pathway to Chartership syllabus.
In addition, valuable feedback from course attendees and P2C examination candidates has enabled us to review and revise annually our 2 day presentation and incorporate current examination feedback. This year we are offering:-
- Revised timetable
- More Q&A as part of presentations
- Powerpoint presentation included with CD of information
- Workshop on Planning and Environmental Legislation
The course speakers, TGW (Rachel
Tennant, Nicola Garmory and Clare Winsch) have provided guidance
in this subject since 1986 and have taught at the University of
Westminster and Glasgow Caledonian University.
Why not combine your seminar with a longer stay in Glasgow and make
your visit educational and enjoyable? The former UK City of Architecture
and Design is home to some of the finest examples of buildings by
Charles Rennie MacIntosh and Alexander “Greek” Thomson
as well as hosting many exciting art and design exhibitions. Click here for further information about visting Glasgow.
